2012 has begun and after the long awaited journey back to a beautiful New Zealand Christmas and Thai New year I find myself back in London ready and armed to embrace the year ahead.
As the saying goes “ When the student is ready the teacher will appear “ I have stumbled upon a book that has really strung a cord for me. The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin encompasses my love of self help with a far more practical and hands-on approach to the subject. She has helped me to clarify some personal goals for this year, first off is to “Be Sarah”. Second is to de clutter. I hope A little lost in London will reflect on this and show what’s happening in my little world.
